30 Box Jumps, 24” / 20”
30 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#
If you have been here less than 6 months, cut to 3 rounds. Scale as necessary! You can substitute row for run if the temperature is too cold for you. No REBOUNDING!!!!
